Serial number information
For successful activation, it is crucial that you provide the correct serial number of your device. This unique number consists of 12 characters. Make sure to copy this number accurately and enter it in the remarks field when placing your order.
You can find the serial number in the following locations:
- On the device: The number is usually on a sticker on the back of the diagnostic device.
- In the settings menu: Navigate through the main menu to Settings and then to About to view the system and serial number information.
- On the packaging box: The serial number is also listed on the original box of the product.
