- Provide serial number: Enter the serial number of your Autel diagnostic device in the remarks field during checkout.
- Automatic processing: After receiving your order and serial number, the license will be automatically activated on the Autel server within 24 hours.
- Download updates: Once the license is active, you can download the new software updates directly to your device via a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Serial number information
For correct processing, it is essential that you provide the correct serial number of your diagnostic device. This number consists of 12 characters and can be found in one of the following locations:
- Back of the device: The serial number is often printed on a sticker on the back of the tablet.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to Settings and then to About to read the serial number digitally.
- Original packaging: The serial number is also printed on a label on the device’s packaging box.
