For correct processing, the serial number of your diagnostic device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and is essential for activating the license. Make sure to enter this number correctly in the remarks field of your order.
You can find the serial number in one of the following places:
- Back of the device: The number is often on a sticker on the casing of the tablet.
- Settings menu: Go to ‘Settings’ in the main menu and then to ‘About’. The serial number is displayed here.
- Original packaging box: The serial number is usually on a sticker on the outside of the box.
