Serial number information
For software activation, the correct serial number of your device is required. The serial number consists of 12 characters and can be found in one of the following locations. Make sure to enter this number correctly in the remarks field when ordering.
- Back of the device: The serial number is listed on the sticker on the back of the casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to 'Settings' and then to 'About' to view the system information.
- Original packaging: The number is often on a sticker on the outside of the product box.
