For correct processing, it is essential that you provide the correct serial number of your device. The serial number consists of 12 characters and can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker at the back of your Autel MaxiDas DS808S-BT.
- Settings menu: In the system menu of the device under ‘Info’ or ‘About’.
- Packaging box: On the original box in which the device was delivered.
