Serial number information
For successful activation, the correct serial number of your diagnostic device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and must be entered in the remarks field with your order. You can find the serial number in one of the following places:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the casing.
- Settings menu: In the system menu of the device, often under 'Info', 'About', or 'Settings'.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the product.
