How does it work in practice?
Activating the software extension is a simple process carried out remotely:
- Add the update license to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter the serial number of your diagnostic device in the remarks field.
- Complete the order.
- After receiving the order, the license will be automatically and digitally linked to your device within 24 hours.
- Once the license is activated, connect your MaxiCom MK900-TS to a stable wifi network and download the available software updates via the update menu on the device.
Serial number information
For correct processing, it is essential that you provide the correct serial number of your diagnostic device. This number consists of 12 characters. You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Autel MaxiCom MK900-TS casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to Settings and then to About to view the device information.
- Packaging box: The serial number is listed on a sticker on the outside of the original box.
