The Autel MaxiCom MK808TS update license with a duration of 1 year is an extension of the period during which the scanner can receive software updates. After the initial period of free updates, this license is required to keep the device's software up to date.
After ordering, the license is automatically activated within 24–48 hours based on the provided serial number. An active license grants access to new diagnostic functions, broader coverage of vehicle models, and software improvements. When the license has expired, the existing functionalities of the scanner remain, but it is no longer possible to install updates.
