For correct processing, it is essential that you provide the correct serial number of your diagnostic device. This number consists of 12 characters and can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker at the back of the diagnostic device.
- Settings menu: In the device’s information screen, often under 'Info' or 'About'.
- Packaging box: On the original box of the product.
