The OBDSTAR C4-09 (MB91F526) Adapter kit is an accessory set within the OBDSTAR adapter line for reading and writing MB91F526-based control modules. The kit focuses on FLASH and DFLASH operations and on decrypting immobilizer data in BCM modules with a Magneti Marelli MB91F526 controller. Additionally, the adapter supports FLASH access to the MAZDA 3 DENSO MB91F526 BDMC. The set consists of a C4-09 adapter board with a 25-pin connector on the top and a connection block on the bottom, supplemented with the W004 and W006 solder cables.

Connection is made via the OBDSTAR KeyMaster G3 or DC706: the main device communicates with the C4-09 adapter, which acts as an interface between the programming tool and the desoldered or in-circuit accessed BCM. The W004 cable provides the multi-wire read/write connection to the designated pads of the MB91F526, while W006 is used as an additional solder wire for specific connection points on the board. After establishing the connection, FLASH and DFLASH content can be read and written, and immobilizer data can be decrypted for further processing within the OBDSTAR software. The work process requires disassembly of the BCM and correct wiring according to the supplied connection diagram.
