The universal 16-pin OBD2 extension and splitter cable is a multifunctional and handy accessory for any vehicle equipped with a standard diagnostic port. This cable solves two common problems: it extends the hard-to-reach OBD2 port of your vehicle by 30 cm and splits it simultaneously into two separate, usable ports.
The unique flat "noodle" or "ribbon" design of the cable makes it extremely flexible and easy to install and hide behind dashboard panels. This ensures a neat and discreet installation, ideal for permanently connecting OBD2 devices without cables getting in the way.
Application and functionality:
- Extending: Makes connecting a diagnostic scanner much easier, without having to reach under the dashboard.

- GPS tracker or telematics dongle and a periodically used diagnostic scanner.

Important note: Although both ports transmit power and data, not all devices can actively communicate simultaneously over the same network without conflicts. A combination of a passive "listening" device and an active scanner usually works without issues.
