De Autool PT630 is een digitale brandstofdruktester voor het lagedrukgedeelte van benzine-inspuitsystemen, met een meetbereik van 0 tot 29,4 bar en een nauwkeurigheid van 0,5% van de volle schaal. U neemt hem op in de brandstofleiding en ziet wat de pomp werkelijk levert.

Naast de actuele druk houdt hij de hoogste en laagste waarde, het verschil en de meettijd bij. Zo ziet u ook of de druk wegzakt nadat de motor is afgezet. Hij wordt geleverd met 17 aansluittypes en heeft een 2,8-inch scherm met achtergrondverlichting.

Zo gebruikt u hem

  1. Systeem voorbereiden: Laat de druk van het systeem af en leg een doek onder de aansluiting.
  2. Aansluiten: Neem de tester op in de leiding met de passende aansluiting.
  3. Nulpunt en eenheid: Zet de tester op nul en kies bar, kg/cm² of psi.
  4. Meten: Start de motor of laat de pomp lopen en lees de druk af.
  5. Restdruk controleren: Zet de motor af en kijk hoe snel de druk wegzakt.

Goed om te weten: Lees na het afzetten van de motor de druk enkele minuten af. Zakt hij snel weg, dan lekt er ergens brandstof terug: vaak een injector, de terugslagklep van de pomp of de drukregelaar.
