Activating the software extension is a simple process that is entirely digital.

- Enter the serial number of your Launch diagnostic tool in the remarks field during checkout.
- You will receive the digital extension code within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
- Enter the code on your device through the 'Software Update' menu to activate the license for one year.
Serial Number Information
For activating the software extension, the correct serial number of your device is required. The serial number, which consists of 12 characters, can be found in the following locations. Make sure to enter this number correctly in the remarks field when placing your order.
- Back side: The serial number is listed on the sticker on the back of the tablet.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu of the device to 'Profile' or 'Settings' to view the device information.
- Packaging box: The number is often on a sticker on the outside of the original box or case.
