Activating the software extension is a simple process carried out directly on the device. Follow the steps below:
- Place your order and enter the serial number of your diagnostic device in the remarks field of the shopping cart.
- You will receive the digital activation code within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
- On your X-431 ProS Mini, navigate to the update center via the main menu.
- Enter the received code in the license renewal option ('Renewal').
- The system validates the code and your new subscription period is activated immediately.
Serial number information
The serial number of your device is required for license activation. This number consists of 12 characters and can be found in one of the following locations:
- Settings menu: The serial number is visible in the information screen ('About' or 'Info') of the software.
- Back of the device: In most cases, the number is on a sticker on the back of the tablet.
- Original packaging: The serial number is listed on the box in which the device was originally delivered.
