Licence Information

The Launch X-431 Pro 5 is supplied with a 2-year software licence from the date of activation. This licence provides access to all vehicle software, diagnostic functions and online features of the device.

• Licence Period: 2 years of free software updates included from device activation.
• Software Updates: Regular updates via WiFi with new vehicle models, new service functions, expansion of existing brand support and bug fixes.
• Extended Features: Cloud-based functions such as Intelligent Diagnose, Remote Diagnose and online vehicle reports require an active licence.
• After Licence Expiry: The device remains functional with the last downloaded software version, but new updates and cloud features become available again only after licence renewal.
