The serial number can be found in one of the following locations and must be entered in the remarks field during the ordering process:
- Back of the tablet: The serial number is often on a sticker on the back of the X-431 PAD III.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to ‘Profile’ or ‘Settings’ where the device information is displayed.
- Original packaging: The number is also listed on the box in which the device was originally delivered.
