Serial number information
For processing the update license, the serial number of your reading device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and is crucial for the correct linking of the license to your device. You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Back of the device: On the sticker at the back of the CRP909E casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to 'Settings' or 'Info' where the system details, including the serial number, are displayed.
- Original packaging: The serial number is often listed on a label on the original box of the product.
