The Xhorse Mini Key Tool is a handheld key programmer for generating, copying, and testing car keys and remotes. The device works via a Bluetooth connection with a smartphone app and targets key specialists and technicians who want to work mobile. The Mini Key Tool supports creating VVDI Super Remotes, wired remotes, and fixed-frequency remotes, and can read, identify, and generate transponders.
During use, the device pairs with the Xhorse app, where the user selects functions and manages keys. Through the integrated RF zone on the front, the device reads transponder data and remote signals, then processes the data and optionally writes it back to a new key or remote. The OLED screen shows status, firmware version, and battery level, and the built-in battery allows use independent of the vehicle. The Remote Programming Cable is used for reading and programming wired remotes.
