The Topdon T-Ninja Pro is a professional key programmer, developed for programming car keys and performing immobilizer functions. This diagnostic tool combines key programming with OBD2 diagnostics and 8 service functions. The T-Ninja Pro is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, an 8-inch touchscreen, and runs on Android 11.0. A license for 2 years of software updates is included with purchase.
In addition to the core key management functions, such as reading PIN codes and learning new keys, the T-Ninja Pro also supports basic diagnostic tasks. The system is expandable with the optional Topdon T-Darts module, which can identify transponder chips and detect radio frequencies of car keys. The T-Ninja Pro supports a wide range of vehicle brands and is designed for use in the automotive sector.
Diagnostic functions:
The T-Ninja Pro features full OBD2 functionality for performing basic diagnostics on the engine management system.
- Read and clear fault codes: Reads and clears fault codes (DTCs) from the engine management system.
Key and EEPROM functions:
The T-Ninja Pro offers extensive functions for managing vehicle keys and immobilizer systems.
Key functions:
- Remote control learning: Programs the key's remote control.
- All keys lost: Allows programming of new keys when all original keys are lost.
- Read PIN code: Reads the immobilizer PIN code required for programming keys.
- Key programming: Programs new or replacement keys into the vehicle's immobilizer system.
- Erase keys: Removes lost or stolen keys from the vehicle's memory.
EEPROM functions:
- Read and write chip data: Reads and writes data from the transponder chip in the key.
Service and maintenance functions:
The T-Ninja Pro supports more than 8 service and maintenance functions. The availability of specific functions may vary by vehicle brand, model, and year.
Engine and drivetrain:
- Oil service reset: Resets the oil and service interval after maintenance.
- Throttle body learning: Restores the default values of the throttle body after replacement or cleaning.
Exhaust systems:
- Diesel particulate filter regeneration (DPF): Starts the forced regeneration of the diesel particulate filter to clear blockages.
Brakes:
- Electronic parking brake reset (EPB): Opens and closes the brake calipers for maintenance and resets the system after replacement of brake pads or brake calipers.
- ABS brake system bleeding: Performs a procedure to remove air from the components of the ABS brake system.
Steering system:
- Steering angle sensor initialization (SAS): Calibrates the steering angle sensor, which is necessary after alignment or replacement of steering components.
Safety systems:
- Airbag reset (SRS): Resets the airbag module and clears fault codes after repair or replacement of airbag components.
Bodywork and electronics:
- Battery management system reset (BMS): Registers a new Battery in the battery management system after replacement.
Optional expansion modules:
