The Topdon T-Darts is a key programmer designed for reading, writing, and generating transponder data. This device functions as an accessory and works via a Bluetooth connection with compatible diagnostic devices, such as the Topdon T-Ninja Pro, to expand key management functionality.
The T-Darts supports more than 100 different transponder chips from brands such as NXP, Megamos, Temic, and TI. Additionally, it features a frequency detection function to identify the radio frequency of car keys. The device does not support functions for cloning chips or transponders.
Application and functionality:
The T-Darts is a tool for analyzing and programming car keys and transponders. The functionalities are available in combination with a compatible diagnostic device.
- Transponder recognition: Identifies the type, ID, and lock status of more than 100 different transponder chips.
- Frequency detection: Measures the radio frequency of the key to determine correct operation and compatibility. Supported frequency ranges include 220-230 MHz, 300-320 MHz, 430-434 MHz, 868 MHz, and 902-915 MHz.
- Transponder generation: Generates data required for programming new transponders and keys.
- Key writing via dumps: Enables writing key data directly into the data dump of an immobilizer unit.
- Wireless connection: Connects via Bluetooth to the software on a compatible diagnostic device for remote operation.
