The Autel MaxiIM IMPKA Adapter Kit is an expansion set with adapter circuit boards for use in combination with the Autel XP400 Pro and IM series key programmers. The set contains thirteen different adapters labeled APB113 through APB128, focused on reading and writing ECU, BCM, and IMMO components at the circuit board level. The adapters are stored in an included storage case measuring 335 × 250 × 106 mm with the Autel logo.

Each adapter is intended for a specific chip type or vehicle module and connects to the XP400 Pro programmer. Through these adapters, a direct connection is made to the chip on the removed module, after which EEPROM and FLASH data can be read or written. This enables operations such as key learning via dump processing, ECU cloning, and reading pin codes when this is not available via OBD.

The IMPKA Adapter Kit supports the following component-level operations in combination with the XP400 Pro:

EEPROM reading and writing: Reading and writing memory content of IMMO and BCM modules for key programming and data adjustments.
FLASH reading and writing: Access to the FLASH memory of ECUs for cloning or firmware recovery.
MCU access: Communication with microcontrollers on the circuit board via the corresponding APB adapter.
Read PIN code: Reading security codes from memory chips when not available via OBD.
Key learning via dump: Learning new keys based on a read EEPROM dump in lost key situations.
