The Jaltest JDC562A connects the round 4-pin diagnostic connector of Toyota Material Handling forklift trucks to the 16-pin OBD2 port of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. On the machine side there is a black round plug with a knurled coupling ring and four pin positions; on the interface side there is the flat OBD2 housing. At 30 cm, this is a short adapter that stays close to the connector in the cab.
With the cable connected, the Jaltest software reaches the BC machine computer, the central unit on both the diesel and the electric versions. In addition, the EMS Toyota Denso 1ZS engine control on the diesel trucks and the Zapi TPM drive module with the Zapi PUMP hydraulic control on the electric trucks are covered. What you find depends on the drive type. The cable is covered by Jaltest MHE.

Via this connection the Jaltest software accesses the control units of the Toyota forklift truck. Which systems are fitted varies by series and by drive type: diesel, LPG and petrol or electric.

How to use it
- Locate the connector: Find the round 4-pin connector in the cab.

- Ignition on: Switch the truck's ignition on.
- Read out: Select Toyota and the series in Jaltest MHE.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The connector determines compatibility, not the model. The cable fits every Toyota forklift truck with the round 4-pin diagnostic connector. The series covered in the Jaltest MHE coverage are listed below. You can recognise the knurled coupling ring and the four pin positions from the connector itself, even if the data plate has become illegible.
