\nThe Jaltest JDC562A connects the round 4-pin diagnostic connector for forklifts Toyota Material Handling to the 16-pin OBD2-input of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. On the equipment side there is a black round connector with a serrated coupling ring and four pin positions; on the interface side sits the flat OBD2 housing where the main interface cable connects. With30 cmis this a short adapter cable that connects directly to theconnection in the cab remains stuck.\n
Jaltest software can then reach the control units that Toyota builds into its trucks. TheBC-machine computer is the central control unit on both diesel and electric versions; additionally, the engine management EMS Toyota Denso 1ZS of the diesel trucks and the Zapi TPM-drive module with the Zapi PUMP-hydraulic control of the electric trucks in the canopy. What you find depends on the drive system: An electric truck carries entirely different modules than a diesel truck. For forklifts, no standardised diagnostic connector has ever been mandated, which is why this round configuration remains in use on more recent trucks as well; the cable falls under Jaltest MHE.\n
