The Jaltest JDC311A connects the 9-pin Sub-D diagnostic connector of Solaris buses to the 16-pin OBD2 input of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. On the vehicle side is a nine-pin Sub-D plug in two rows, housed in a metal shield cover that you secure with two knurled screws. The black cover has a right-angled cable entry; the cable is 28 to 30 cm long.
Once connected, the Jaltest software accesses the bus vehicle network, at the control units that Solaris sources from various suppliers. These are the DMCI engine control, the DIWA and Ecomat transmissions, the brake and air suspension systems, the MTS door control and the ATC climate control. Which units you find depends on the components chosen. The cable works with the Jaltest Link V8.1 and V9 and is covered by Jaltest CV.
