The Jaltest MHE Kit (70301001) is the hardware foundation for diagnostics on internal transport and materials handling equipment. The case contains the Jaltest Link V9 (70001015), the Multipin Kit (70002001), the OBD2 cable JDC213.9, the connection cable JDC107.9B, the extension cable JDC100 at 100 cm and the USB power cable JDC60AM2. Everything is housed in the compact case 70003015 measuring 505 × 381 × 146 mm.
The seventh cable is what sets this apart from the sister kits — only this version includes the JDC60AM2, which supplies power to the Jaltest Link V9 via a USB-A port. This is precisely what you need for battery-powered forklifts and boom lifts, where the diagnostic connector itself often provides no power supply. Otherwise, the hardware is identical to 70001052, 70001060 and 70001053; the difference lies in the software module.

Applications and functionality
This kit establishes the connection between a Windows PC running Jaltest software and the control units of forklifts, telehandlers and boom lifts. The Jaltest Link V9 translates the vehicle bus to the PC, whilst the cables determine where you connect, at the 16-pin OBD2 port or via the multipins on a non-standard connector. Below you'll find what's included in the case and what you can do with it.
What's in the case
- Jaltest Link V9 (70001015): The diagnostic interface, with 26-pin DB26 to cable and USB-C to PC.
- Multipin Kit (70002001): Twenty multipins JTP01 through JTP10 in blue and yellow, the connection cable JTP101 and the power cables JDC10AM2 and JDC20AM2.
- JDC213.9: Adapter cable from 26-pin DB26 to 16-pin OBD2 connector.
- JDC107.9B: Connection cable from Jaltest Link V9 to the USB-C port of the PC.
- JDC100: Extension cable of 100 cm between the Jaltest Link V9 and the machine cable.
- JDC60AM2: Power cable that supplies the Jaltest Link V9 via a USB-A port.
- Compact Hardcase (70003015): Case measuring 505 × 381 × 146 mm with space for this set and approximately twelve cables.
What you can do with it
- Read and clear fault codes: On every control unit covered by the Jaltest MHE module.
- Monitor live data and parameters: For diesel, LPG, gas and electric drive systems.
- Actuate components: Activate valves, relays and actuators in a targeted manner.
- Probe a non-standard connector: With the multipins you can reach a connection for which no ready-made cable exists.
- Power the interface independently: With the JDC60AM2, the Jaltest Link V9 works even when the diagnostic connector has no power supply.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The software module determines compatibility, not the case. This hardware is part of Jaltest MHE, the module for internal transport and materials handling equipment. For this equipment, a standardised OBD connector was never made mandatory, so manufacturer-specific connectors remain in use on new machines — this is where the multipins and the power cables included.
