The Jaltest JDC551A connects the rectangular 6-pin diagnostic connector of Liebherr earthmoving, material handling and lifting machines to the 16-pin OBD2 input of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. On the machine side there is a black rectangular plug with a locking clip and flat pins; that connection is located in the cab or in the machinery compartment. The cable measures 28 to 30 cm.
How far the Jaltest software reaches depends on the machine type. On an R excavator you reach the machine computer MCM; on an L wheel loader, UEC3 or Master4 plus the engine controls; and on an LTM mobile crane also the transmission, braking system, retarder and SCR aftertreatment. The cable belongs to the Jaltest Link V8.1 and falls under Jaltest OHW (construction and off-road machinery).

- Reading out: Select Liebherr, the series and the system.
