\nThe Jaltest JDC516Abrings the manufacturer-specific diagnostic connector of aLandini tractor to the standard 16-pin OBD2-input of your Jaltest equipment. On the machine side there is a entirely black 4-pin connectorwith a rounded, oval shape, alocking lip in the middle of the top and a straight cable entryin a moulded tow release connector. There is no coloured contact holder, which distinguishes this connector from the red and yellow versions found on other tractor brands. The cable is28 to 30 cm lang.\n
\nWith this coupling, the diagnostic equipment connects to the ECM 1100C (Tier 2 / Stage II), the electronic diesel control which is present on all covered series. On the Powerfarm seriescomes the transmission controlTRANS (Sauer Danfoss) and the dashboard at; on the Legend series performs Jaltest exclusively on engine management. Because agricultural machinery has never been subject to standardised diagnostic connectors, Landini retained this connector across an extended production run. The cable works with the Jaltest Link V8.1 and V9 and falls under Jaltest AGV (agricultural vehicles).\n

Applications and functionality
Via this 4-pin connection you access the tractor's control units using Jaltest software. Which units are present varies by series: engine control is available across all models, while the transmission and the instrument panel only on the Powerfarm. The list below is taken from the Landini coverage of Jaltest AGV.
Control units you can access
- ECM 1100C (Tier 2 / Stage II), electronic diesel control: The engine control of the Tier 2 generation, present on all the series mentioned.
- TRANS (Sauer Danfoss), transmission control: The gearbox control of the Powerfarm series.
- Cluster, instrument panel: The dashboard of the Powerfarm series.
What you can do
- Read and clear fault codes: Read the fault memory of the control unit with a description of the fault, and clear it after repair.
- View measured values: The current sensor values on the control unit, with the ability to set alarm thresholds for values outside the normal range.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The connector type is what matters, not the model. This cable fits any Landini tractor with the manufacturer's own 4-pin diagnostic connector. The series listed below are covered by Jaltest AGV; the manufacturing years indicate the period in which Jaltest covers those series, not the presence of this connector.
