De Jaltest JDC408A zet de 16- en 32-polige stekkers van de beveiligingspoort in Renault- en Nissan-bestelwagens om naar de standaard 16-pins OBD2-aansluiting. U sluit hem niet op de diagnoseaansluiting aan, maar rechtstreeks op de connector van de poort in de kabelboom, zodat de diagnose niet via die poort loopt. Aan de andere zijde komt uw Jaltest-diagnosekabel.
Achter die poort ligt het voertuignet van de bestelwagen. U benadert onder meer de motorregeling EDC MD1, de rem- en stabiliteitsregeling ABS/ESP V7.0, de carrosseriecomputer BCM en de uitlaatgasnabehandeling SCR Gen4. De poort staat in de dekking bij de Trafic en de NV300 vanaf 2021. De kabel hoort bij Jaltest CV.

Toepassingen en functionaliteiten
Via deze verbinding benadert u met de Jaltest-software het voertuignet achter de beveiligingspoort. De regeleenheden hieronder komen uit de dekking van de Renault Trafic 2.0 dCi en de Nissan NV300 Primastar vanaf 2021.

Compatibele voertuigen en toepassingen
Bepalend is de poort, niet het model. De kabel hoort bij de beveiligingspoort met de 16- en 32-polige connectoren. Onderstaande uitvoeringen voeren die poort in de dekking; op andere Renault- en Nissan-bestelwagens kan dezelfde poort zitten zonder dat die apart in de dekking staat.
