The Jaltest INFO Web MHE (70604029) gives access to the technical information library from Cojali for forklift trucks, telehandlers and aerial work platforms. You open it in the browser on a PC, tablet or phone, without software and without a reading tool. This is the short version, with access for one month, for those who need the information now and do not want to commit to a full year.

This is the version for non-Jaltest users. You buy the information separately from any reading tool and use it alongside the tester of another brand you already have. You log in with your Jaltest account; no Jaltest Link is needed and you do not provide a serial number. If you already work with Jaltest, the user rate (70604035) is more favourable. INFO Web consists of ten sections, from fault finding to repair times.

Applications and functionality

INFO Web is the technical information library from Cojali as a web application. You search by make, model and system, on a tablet next to the vehicle or on the computer in the office. For example: a telehandler must pass the periodic inspection. You retrieve the maintenance schedule from the manufacturer, work through the points and use the repair times to substantiate the work order.

Segment and workshop

The segment of the subscription determines it, not your tester. This subscription covers MHE, so forklift trucks, telehandlers and aerial work platforms. INFO Web is further available for CV, AGV, OHW and Marine, and as a bundle of CV, AGV and OHW.

INFO Web for MHE is available in four versions with the same content. They differ only in target group and term.

  • Jaltest users, one month: Reference 70604035.
  • Jaltest users, twelve months: Reference 70604007.
  • Non-Jaltest users, one month: Reference 70604029, this product.
  • Non-Jaltest users, twelve months: Reference 70604017.

What you need in addition

  • A Jaltest account: You log in with it. If you do not have one, we will create it for you.
  • An internet connection: The information is online and is updated by Cojali.
  • A PC, tablet or phone: No software is installed on your computer and you do not need Jaltest Link.

What it is not

  • No diagnostics: INFO Web does not read fault codes and does not control components.
  • No parts catalogue: You will find component data and replacement instructions, not part numbers with prices.
  • Not the information in the diagnostic software: INFO Online is part of the Jaltest diagnostic software and INFO Plus is a separate, paid module for it. INFO Web is separate from both and works without that software.

Good to know: The user rate is intended for those who already have an active Jaltest diagnostic licence. If you are not sure which group you fall into, please state this when you order; we will check this before we set up access.
