The Jaltest test kit (50105182) is intended for the high-pressure fuel circuit of the PACCAR MX-13 in the Euro 6 version. You connect it to the fuel return from the injectors and to that of the pressure control valve on the fuel rail, and so see how much fuel flows back. The corresponding OE reference is 1903030 DAF.
The case contains two braided hoses, one transparent and one black, plus two adapters with quick-release couplings. The transparent hose shows what is actually flowing back, so a leaking injector is easy to spot without building a measuring setup around it. The case measures 350 x 230 x 86 mm.

Applications and functionality
An engine that starts poorly or runs low on power may have an injector that lets too much fuel escape into the return. The same complaint arises if the pressure control valve on the rail no longer closes. With this kit you collect both return flows separately, so you can see which of the two is releasing the pressure.
