The Jaltest JDC547A is the adapter cable for the Doosan DL03 engine in compact Bobcat machines. On the machine side, it features a 6-pin connector with a grey contact holder in a black cap and a straight cable gland; on the interface side, the 16-pin OBD2. The cable measures 28 to 30 cm and the connection point is located on or near the engine block.

Once connected, the Jaltest software accesses the two control units housed in the DL03 engine bay: the engine control unit DL03 (CAN) and the DCU for exhaust aftertreatment. With both units, functionality is limited to reading only — from fault codes and live data to ECU information and service intervals; actuating components, adjusting parameters and calibration are not supported. For Doosan machine systems, a separate cable is required. This cable falls under the Jaltest OHW product range.

✕For Doosan equipment, there is a separate cable, the JDC545.9.
✕The DL03 connector is diagnostic-focused: Component control, parameter configuration and calibration are not included.
✕The connection is located on or next to the engine block and not in a fixed location on the engine.

Using this connection, you can access the Jaltest software to communicate with the two control units of the DL03. Those are the engine management itself and the adjustment of the exhaust aftertreatment. The units below are sourced from DL03 connector, with both the same four functionsand therefore the sameboundaries.

Compatible vehicles and applications

The engine type determines compatibility, not the machine.The DL03 is a standalone control module installed in compact machines; Jaltest coverage is based on the engine itself.
