The Jaltest JDC547A connects the 6-pin diagnostic connector of the Doosan DL03 engine to the 16-pin OBD2 input of your Jaltest diagnostic cable. The DL03 is found, among other things, in compact Bobcat machines. On the machine side is a 6-pin plug with a grey contact carrier in a black hood and a straight cable entry; the cable measures 28 to 30 cm.
When connected with the cable, the Jaltest software reaches the two control units that are covered for the DL03: the DL03 engine control unit (CAN) and the DCU of the exhaust aftertreatment. For both, you can read fault codes, measured values, ECU data and service intervals. The cable works with the Jaltest Link V8.1 and V9 and falls under Jaltest OHW.

Applications and functions
The cable is intended for workshops that read out the Doosan DL03 in compact machines. Through this connection you access the engine control unit and the exhaust aftertreatment control unit, both with the same functions and therefore the same limits.

- Connect: Insert the JDC547A into the engine plug.
- Link pairing: Connect the OBD2 side to the Jaltest Link.
- Ignition on: Switch the ignition on.
- Read out: Select Doosan and the DL03 in Jaltest OHW.
Compatible engines and applications
The engine determines compatibility, not the machine. The DL03 is a standalone block that is installed in compact machines; Jaltest places the coverage with the engine itself. Look for the 6-pin plug with the grey contact carrier on or next to the block. The blocks below are part of the Doosan coverage.
Doosan:
- DL03: The engine series for this cable, with DL03 (CAN) and the DCU of the exhaust aftertreatment.
- Installed in: Compact Bobcat machines.
- Other Doosan blocks: DL01, DL02, DL06, DL08, DM01, DM02, DM03 and DV11 are included in the coverage, but have their own connector.
