De Jaltest JDC504A verbindt de 12-pins diagnoseaansluiting van Deutz-motoren met de 16-pins OBD2-ingang van uw Jaltest-diagnosekabel. Aan de machinezijde zit een ronde Amphenol-stekker met een metalen huls en een geribbelde koppelring, met twaalf vergulde pennen ruim uit elkaar in een zwarte houder. De aansluiting hoort bij de motor en zit op of naast het motorblok. Omdat Deutz zijn motoren aan tientallen machinebouwers levert, vindt u dezelfde stekker in machines van uiteenlopende merken. Het snoer is 28 tot 30 cm lang.
Met de kabel aangesloten leest de Jaltest-software de opeenvolgende Deutz-motorregelingen uit: EMR2 - EDC, EMR3 - EDC 7 UC31, EMR3 - EDC 16 UC40 en EMR4 - EDC 17 CV52. Bij de twee nieuwste komen naast de foutcodes ook de onderhoudsintervallen in beeld, bij de twee oudere niet. De kabel werkt met de Jaltest Link V8.1 en V9 en valt onder Jaltest AGV, OHW en MHE.

Toepassingen en functionaliteiten
De kabel is bedoeld voor werkplaatsen die Deutz-motoren in landbouw-, bouw- en hefmachines met de Jaltest Link uitlezen. Jaltest onderscheidt daarbij de opeenvolgende EMR-generaties, elk met een eigen functieomvang. Onderstaande eenheden komen uit de Deutz-dekking.
Regeleenheden die u kunt benaderen
- EMR2 - EDC: Oudere regeling, o.a. 2013-serie.
- EMR3 - EDC 7 UC31: Commonrail, derde generatie.
- EMR3 - EDC 16 UC40: Met onderhoudsintervallen.
- EMR4 - EDC 17 CV52: Actuele regeling, zware TCD.

Zo gebruikt u hem
- Stekker controleren: Zoek de ronde 12-pins aansluiting bij het motorblok.
- Aansluiten: Zet de JDC504A vast met de koppelring.
- Link koppelen: Sluit de OBD2-kant aan op de Jaltest Link.
- Contact aan: Zet het contact aan, zonder de motor te starten.
- Uitlezen: Kies Deutz en de motorserie.
Compatibele voertuigen en toepassingen
Bepalend is de stekker, niet de machine. Deutz levert zijn motoren als losse aandrijving, dus de motorserie bepaalt welke kabel u nodig heeft en niet het merk van de machine. Onderstaande series voert Jaltest in de dekking; welke stekker er op uw motor zit, ziet u aan het penveld van de aansluiting.

- 1015-serie: BF6M 1015 C en BF8M 1015 CP.
- 2012- en 2013-serie: BF4M 2012, BF6M 2012C, BFM 2013, BF4M 2013, BF6M 2013 en de TCD 2012/2013 L04 en L06.
- TCD-serie compact: TCD 2.2, 2.9, 3.6, 4.1, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 7.7 en 7.8, plus de TD- en TTCD-varianten.
- TCD-serie zwaar: TCD 9.0, 10.7, 12.0, 12.8, 13.5, 15.6, 16.0 en 18.0 en de V-motoren TCD 2015 V08 en TCD 2016 V16.
- Gasmotoren: G 2.2 en G 2.9.
