The Jaltest JDC519A connects the diagnostic port of Claas and Renault tractors to your Jaltest equipment and splits into two branches on the machine side, each with four pins. The first branch is a flat 4-pin connector with a red contact holder, a yellow sealing ring and a black locking clip on top. The second branch is a round 4-pin connector, entirely black, with a ribbed coupling ring and four contacts arranged in a diamond pattern. The interface side is the 16-pin OBD2; the cable measures 28 to 30 cm.
With this connection, Jaltest software reaches the engine control unit DE-10 with radial piston injection pump, four transmission controllers (QUADRISHIFT/TWINSHIFT, REVERSHIFT-B41, EHM 24 and TRAX), the ELECTROPILOT valve control, the TCE lifting devices and the instrument cluster DBD2. On these tractors, service intervals are accessible exclusively through the DBD2; they are not available on the engine and transmission controllers. The cable is compatible with Jaltest Link V8.1 and V9 and falls under Jaltest AGV (agricultural vehicles).

What you can do
- Read and clear fault codes: Read the fault memory of the control unit with fault descriptions, and clear it after repair.
- View measurement values: The current sensor values on the control unit, with the ability to set alarm thresholds for values outside the normal range.
- Consult maintenance: Request maintenance intervals and record completed work in a report. Available for this series via the DBD2 instrument panel.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The connector type determines compatibility, not the model.This cable fits any tractor from the Renault Agriculture range and later Claas models where the flat and round 4-pin connector are positioned side by side. The following series are covered by Jaltest AGV; the 14-pin version of the same family is not included.
