\nThe Jaltest 50105190is the tool with which you can clear a blockedAdBlue or DEF dosing module flushes through rather than replaces. The case contains a stainless steel pressure vessel, 1.5 litre capacity that fluid to 60 °C can, two green EPDM flushing hoseswith quick couplings, two black connection hoses and eightloose adapters and couplings in various sizes. The case weighs 4,800 gram and measure 380 x 430 x 154 mm.\n
AdBlue and AdBlue are the same fluid: a urea solution in water. Once that solution has settled or dried, crystallisesthe urea deposits and accumulates as a white crust in the dosing module, the injector line and the injector itself. The result is ablockage, a fault message from the SCR aftertreatment systemand a power limitation. With this kit you pressurise the pressure vessel and flush through those three locations, so that theflow-through and the spray pattern returns to normal without needing to remove the module.\n

Applications and functionality
Urea crystallisation always occurs at the same three locations in the dosing circuit. This kit addresses those points sequentially, using the pressure vessel as the source, the green flushing hoses as the connection to the dosing module and the spray bottle for targeted rinsing. How to use it is described below.
How to use the kit
- Flushing the dosing module: The pressure vessel forces the rinsing fluid through the internal channels of the module, loosening hardened urea deposits and restoring valve movement.
- Clearing the injector line: The line between module and injector clogs first, as fluid sits stagnant there and dries out.
- Cleaning the injector: A blocked spray nozzle produces an incorrect spray pattern in the exhaust; flushing restores proper atomisation.
- Targeted rinsing: The spray bottle with angled nozzle is designed for precise dosing and rinsing at your work location.
Which AdBlue and DEF systems this kit is suitable for
- NoNOx with Emitec: MAN TGL, TGM, TGS and TGX, and Euro 6 buses equipped with the Emitec system.
- Emitec with Cummins: The Emitec system in vehicles powered by a Cummins engine.
- Albonair: Volvo, Renault, UD Trucks and other Euro 6 vehicles.
- Bosch Denoxtronic 2.2 and 6-HD: DAF, Iveco, MAN, other Euro 6 vehicles, agricultural machinery and off-road equipment.
