The Jaltest 50105219 is the version of the AdBlue and DEF cleaning kit for agricultural machinery, off-road and construction machinery and internal transport. The case contains a 1.5 litre stainless steel pressure vessel for liquid up to 60 °C, two black connection hoses, a spray bottle and a portable refractometer in its own storage box.
AdBlue and DEF are a solution of urea in water. If a machine stands idle for a long time or the line dries out, the urea crystallises out and clogs the dosing module, the line and the injector. With the pressure vessel you flush out that blockage; with the refractometer you measure in advance whether the liquid in the working tank still has the correct strength. If there is too much water or the wrong liquid in it, the fault will return after cleaning.

Applications and functionality
Urea always crystallises out in the same three places in the dosing circuit: in the dosing module, the injector line and the injector. This kit tackles these places one after another, with the pressure vessel as the source and the black connection hoses as the connection to the dosing module. In addition, the refractometer lets you check the liquid in the working tank.
