The Jaltest 293100 is the software licence for Jaltest Modular Truck, the modular diagnostics for trucks. You purchase the module once and can work with it straight away for twelve months. With Modular, you purchase diagnostics per vehicle type rather than as a whole segment.
This licence alone does not yet allow you to diagnose. This licence unlocks the platform; for each truck brand you take a Truck Select licence, with a minimum of two brands. You also need the Jaltest Link for this. Trucks have a 16-pin diagnostic connector; an adapter is only needed on older models. From the second year, you extend with the update licence (29051100).

Applications and functionality
Jaltest Modular Truck is the truck module within the modular model. This licence unlocks that module; you activate the brands with Truck Select. What you do with it depends on the vehicle and the cable you use.
What the licence includes
- Module: Modular Truck.
- Usage year: Twelve months included.
- Updates: New versions within the licence period.
- Installations: Up to five PCs.
What you can do
- System scan: All control units in view.
- Fault codes: Reading and clearing, with descriptions.
- Live data: Sensor values in real time.
- Actuation: Targeted activation of actuators.
- Calibrations: Parameters and procedures.
- Maintenance: Resetting service intervals.
How to use it
- Ordering: Order the licence in the webshop.
- Serial number: State the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field.
- Activation: We activate the module on that serial number, usually within one working day, and confirm this by email.
- Updating the software: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and fetch the module.
- Getting started: Modular Truck then appears in the start menu.
Compatible vehicles and applications
What counts is which brands you unlock with Truck Select. Jaltest includes forty-six truck brands in this module. You unlock them per brand, so you do not pay for brands that never come your way.

- Bus and coach: Modular Bus (293300).
- Trailer and semi-trailer: Modular Trailer (293500).
- Light commercial vehicle: Modular LCV (293600).
- Whole commercial vehicle segment: Jaltest CV (29303).
Licence and extension
- Software licence (293100): This product. The module with the first year of use included.
- Update licence (29051100): Twelve months' extension, from the second year.
- If not extended: The module is blocked.
- Installations: Up to five PCs per licence.
- Truck Select licence per brand: Minimum of two truck brands.
- Adapter cables: Only for older models.

Only the authorized distributor can perform new software installations and updates. When you designate us as your distributor, we can handle this for you and guarantee that your device stays current and runs smoothly.
