The Jaltest 29051600 is the update licence for Jaltest Modular LCV, the Jaltest diagnostics for light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. It extends an existing licence by twelve months, on the serial number of your Jaltest Link. This is not a new module, but an extension of a module you already have.
The extension gives you access to the new software versions, with the vehicles, systems and functions added in that year. If you do not extend, Jaltest Modular LCV will be blocked and you will no longer be able to read with it. If you do not yet have the module, start with the software licence (293600), as the first year is included in it.

Applications and functions
Jaltest Modular LCV is the Jaltest diagnostics for light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. This extension keeps that module active and brings the expansions of the coming year. What you do with it next depends on the vehicle and the connection you use.
What the licence includes
- Module: Jaltest Modular LCV.
- Term: Twelve months' renewal.
- Installations: Up to five PCs.
- Registration: Every half year and after an update.
- Delivery: Digital, linked to your serial number.

How to use it
- Ordering: Complete the order in the webshop.
- Serial number: Enter the Link serial number in the comments field.
- Activation: We renew, usually within one working day.
- Confirmation: You will receive the new expiry date by email.
- Updating: Download the new version in Jaltest.
Compatible vehicles and applications
The vehicle type is decisive. Modular works by vehicle type, and Jaltest Modular LCV covers light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. The extension does not change that coverage.
Light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes:
- Vehicles: Vans, pick-ups and light commercial cars.
- Electronic systems: The control units that Jaltest covers within Modular LCV.
- Iveco Daily with Security Gateway: Only with the Iveco SGW activation (70607002 or 70607003).
What falls outside this licence
If you also work on other vehicles, take out the corresponding licence as well.
- Truck: Modular Truck (293100).
- Bus and coach: Modular Bus (293300).
- Trailer and semi-trailer: Modular Trailer (293500).
- The entire commercial vehicle segment: Jaltest CV (29303).
What you need
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, also to run the software on a PC.
- Software licence (293600): The module with the first year included.
- Update licence (29051600): This product. Twelve months' extension, from the second year onwards.
- Adapter cables, only if you need them: Light commercial vehicles have a 16-pin diagnostic connector; per make or system an adapter is needed where necessary.
