The Jaltest (70807004) is an ATS (Advanced Technical Support) license with a duration of 1 year. This license provides access to technical support for Multi-Purpose Vehicles and is aimed at optimizing repair times in the workshop. The support is offered in English.
With this software extension, users gain access to a team of technical specialists for support with complex diagnostics. The Advanced Technical Support service has a duration of 1 year and is automatically renewed. The minimum subscription period is 12 months and termination of the service requires a written cancellation, at least 30 days before the expiration date. After ordering, the license is processed within 24–48 hours.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of the reading device is required. This serial number (9 characters) must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Jaltest V9 Link.
- Settings menu: In the Jaltest software under the 'Settings' menu.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the device.

- The user contacts the Advanced Technical Support team via the hotline or online channels.
- The serial number of the reading device, vehicle information, and a description of the problem are provided.
- A technical specialist from Jaltest analyzes the problem and offers direct support.
- If necessary, technical documents, such as diagrams, are sent by email.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
