The Jaltest (29765) is an ATS (Advanced Technical Support) license, developed for the Marine sector with a duration of 1 year. This English-language support service offers technical assistance to optimize repair processes in the workshop. Users gain access with this functionality to a technical hotline and extensive online documentation, such as wiring diagrams and technical information, directly from the manufacturer.
This service is aimed at supporting complex electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults. The license is activated within a period of 24 to 48 hours after ordering. The Advanced Technical Support service has an annual duration that is automatically renewed, with a minimum subscription period of 12 months. Termination of the service must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the expiration date.

- Technical hotline: Access to advanced technical support via a hotline, available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 (GMT+1).
- Online technical information: Access to technical data and documents via the official Jaltest website.
- Documentation via email: Receipt of technical documents such as wiring diagrams and charts by email.
- Interpretation support: Assistance with the technical interpretation of the provided documents.
- Fault analysis: Support in locating and interpreting faults in systems.
- System support: Assistance with electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in all electronically controlled systems.
- Online support: Direct online technical support for complex issues.
- Software presentations: Access to online presentations of new software versions and their functionalities.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Jaltest reader device.
- Settings menu: In the software under the settings menu.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging box of the device.
How it works:
When you want to use the Advanced Technical Support, you follow a structured process to request assistance:
- Identify a complex technical problem that cannot be solved with standard diagnostic procedures.
- Contact the Jaltest technical hotline by phone or email, mentioning the vehicle, the problem, and the serial number of your reader device.
- A technical specialist from Jaltest analyzes the problem and provides support, for example by sending specific wiring diagrams or providing interpretation help.
- Follow the instructions and guidance of the specialist to locate and resolve the fault.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
