The Jaltest (75001009) is a software license for activating the MHE (Material Handling Equipment) diagnostic module. This license is valid for one year and is the required second step after purchasing the base software. The prior purchase of the Jaltest MHE software (75001001) is necessary to use this license. The license grants access to the full diagnostic functionality for material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and warehouse vehicles.

With this active license, the user receives three software updates over one year, continuously expanding the coverage of brands, models, and systems. Additionally, the license provides access to technical information, interactive diagrams, and online features within the Jaltest software. License activation occurs automatically and can take up to 24 hours. Without a valid license, it is not possible to receive software updates or use the online features.

Application and functionality:

This license activates the Jaltest MHE software and provides access to all diagnostic and technical information modules for one year.

  • Software updates: Access to three annual updates with new brands, models, systems, and diagnostic functions.
  • Technical information: Availability of technical data, component details, wiring diagrams, and service information.
  • Diagnostic functions: Perform full system scans, read and clear fault codes, view live data, and perform calibrations and configurations.
  • Online services: Use of Jaltest INFO Online for additional vehicle-specific information and technical support.

To activate this software license, the serial number of your Jaltest Link interface is required.

The serial number, usually consisting of 9 characters, can be found in one of the following locations and must be entered in the comments field when ordering.

  • Interface: On the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link V9.
  • Settings menu: In the Jaltest software under the device settings menu.
  • Packaging box: On the original box in which the Jaltest interface was delivered.
