The Jaltest 70901003 provides access to DAF manufacturer data, the repair and maintenance information published by the manufacturer itself. This licence is a yearly subscription and runs for twelve months.
OEM RMI is information, not diagnostics: you cannot read fault codes with it. It sits alongside your Jaltest diagnostics, for when you need the manufacturer's own data. If you only need it for a single job, the monthly subscription (70901002) will suffice.

What is OEM RMI?
OEM RMI stands for Repair and Maintenance Information: the repair and maintenance data that DAF as a manufacturer makes available. Within Europe, manufacturers are required to provide this data to independent workshops as well, and with this licence you obtain that access.
This licence applies only to DAF. If you also work on other makes, you subscribe to each make's own OEM RMI licence separately; Jaltest offers them for DAF, Iveco, MAN and Scania.
Which vehicles
- Vehicles: DAF commercial vehicles, from the LF and CF through to the XF, XD and XG.
- Models and model years: What is available depends on the manufacturer; this varies by model and production year.
What you can look up
You search by model and system and retrieve the data that DAF themselves publish.
- Repair information: The procedures and instructions the manufacturer provides for repairs.
- Maintenance data: Service schedules, intervals and prescribed operations.
- Technical documentation: System and component specifications as published by the manufacturer.
- Torque settings and values: The specifications you need for disassembly and reassembly.
- Bulletins and procedures: The guidance the manufacturer issues for known faults.
What it is not
OEM RMI does not read fault codes and does not control components. For that you continue to use Jaltest diagnostics. The two complement each other: Jaltest for code reading, OEM RMI for factory information.
The two subscription periods
This OEM RMI is available in two versions, with identical content but different subscription lengths. This product is the yearly subscription.

What you need
OEM RMI works alongside your Jaltest diagnostics and not independently. Here is the full breakdown.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, even to start the software on a PC.
- Truck diagnostic for DAF: An active licence, namely Jaltest CV, Modular Commercial Vehicle or Truck Select with this make included.
- OEM RMI (70901003): This product, with a twelve-month subscription term.

How to get access
From order to working access takes four steps. The serial number of your Jaltest Link is the only thing you need to find yourself.
- Provide the serial number: Include the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the notes field when you place your order; this is required.
- We set it up: We link the access to that serial number, usually within one working day of your order.
- Confirmation by email: You will hear from us as soon as OEM RMI DAF is active on your serial number.
- Get started: Launch Jaltest Diagnostics; DAF manufacturer data is then at your disposal for twelve months.
