The Jaltest 70605005 is INFO Plus: the extension that takes the technical information in your diagnostic software to the next level. You gain access to SMART Guides, interactive troubleshooting paths that guide you from the fault code read through measurements to the root cause, and model-level wiring diagrams, with wire numbers, wire colours, cross-sections and the pass-through connectors where a wiring harness runs from one part of the vehicle to another.
Where standard information tells you what a system does, INFO Plus shows you where the wire runs and what step comes next. For faults you cannot isolate with a single measurement, the measurement sequence often does half the work. The SMART Guides provide that sequence; the diagrams show you where to take the measurement. Consider a fault code that could originate from multiple locations, where you want to know the measurement sequence before you disconnect the first connector. INFO Plus runs within Jaltest Diagnostics and not standalone, so you need an active diagnostic licence to use it. The module runs for twelve months.

What is Jaltest INFO Plus?
Jaltest Diagnostics comes with a standard information layer, containing technical data, diagrams and troubleshooting guides. INFO Plus takes that layer to the next level: you get guides that actively lead you through the repair, and diagrams that match your model down to the last wire.
What it is not
- Not standalone diagnostics: INFO Plus runs within Jaltest Diagnostics. Without an active diagnostic licence you cannot open it.
- Not the same as INFO Web: That is a web portal that works without software and without a Jaltest Link. INFO Plus is built into the software.
- Not included: The standard information layer comes with your licence; INFO Plus is a separate module you add on.
What it adds
INFO Plus adds two things to what you already see, and places them where you need them.
- SMART Guides: Interactive step-by-step guides that walk you through fault diagnosis from the fault code, with each measurement and follow-up step laid out.
- Model-specific wiring diagrams: Diagrams at model level, with wire numbers, wire colours, cross-sections and pass-through connectors, and fully searchable.
- Integrated with your diagnostics: You open them from the fault code or the system you are working on, without switching to another programme.
The six versions
INFO Plus follows your diagnostic licence. You purchase it for each licence for which you want the diagrams. The four modular versions have recently adopted one reference number; they remain separate products, each with its own price per vehicle type.

INFO Plus works on top of your diagnostics and not standalone. The complete setup is shown below.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, even to start the software on a PC.
- An active diagnostic licence: For the segment in which you operate.
- INFO Plus (70605005): This product, with a twelve-month term.

How to get access
From order to working add-on there are four steps. The serial number of your Jaltest Link is the only thing you need to find yourself.
- Provide the serial number: Include the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the notes field when you place your order; this is required.
- We activate it: We link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day after your order.
- Confirmation by email: You will hear from us as soon as INFO Plus is activated on your serial number.
- Update the software: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and download the module; after that the SMART Guides and diagrams will be in the diagnostics.
