The Jaltest JDC631A is the diagnostic cable for the 6-pin connector on fuel-injected Hidea and Parsun outboard engines; it connects that port to the 16-pin OBD2 input on Jaltest diagnostic equipment. The 6-pin connector is located under the engine cover. Both brands use the same engine control unit, which is why Jaltest offers a single cable for both.
This adapter gives your diagnostic scanner access to the Delphi ECM, the engine management system found on both Hidea and Parsun fuel-injected outboards and the only control module Jaltest supports for these brands. You can read fault codes and live data, command actuators — including direct tests like cylinder balance and cylinder cutout — and monitor engine parameters in real time. Available functions vary by model: the Parsun F30 EFI lacks live data streaming, while the Hidea HDEF30 includes it. Coverage spans the HDEF20 through HDEF130 and the Parsun F30 EFI through EFI 115. This cable is part of Jaltest Marine.
