The Autool CT60 is a signal generator designed for testing and diagnosing fuel injectors. The tester generates pulse signals to check the operation of injectors for issues such as clogging, leakage, or incomplete combustion. The device is compatible with both standard 12V injectors, typically used in naturally aspirated engines, and high-voltage injectors that require a voltage up to 75V, such as those in turbocharged engines.
Through the LCD screen and control buttons, the operating frequency and test duration can be precisely set. The frequency is variable from 600 to 4000 RPM and the duration can be set from 0 to 99 minutes. The CT60 can be used independently for diagnosis or in combination with an ultrasonic cleaner. In that case, the tester drives the injector to open and close during the cleaning process for effective removal of carbon deposits.
