GoDiag | BMW BDC2/BCP | Test Platform

The GoDiag BMW BDC2/BCP test platform is designed for performing diagnostics, programming, and key configuration on BMW Body Domain Controller (BDC) and Body Control Platform (BCP) modules. This platform enables technicians to test and edit the modules outside the vehicle by simulating the car's communication environment. It provides a stable and controlled environment for tasks such as reading ISN codes and performing module updates.

The test platform supports connection with various diagnostic devices and programming tools via the integrated OBDII port. Functions such as adding new keys, clearing fault codes, and cloning module data can be performed without the original vehicle being present. The design includes specific connectors for a direct and secure connection to the BDC/BCP module, minimizing the chance of errors during programming.

Application and functionality:

The GoDiag test platform is developed to enable technicians to work on the bench with BMW BDC and BCP modules. The main functions are:

• Key programming: Preparing and adding new keys or synchronizing existing keys with the BDC/BCP module.
• Module cloning: Reading data from an original module and writing this data to a replacement module, simplifying the module replacement procedure.
• Diagnostics and fault codes: Connecting diagnostic testers via the OBDII port to read and clear fault codes (DTCs).
• Data reading and writing: Direct access to module data for performing programming and coding tasks without the need for the vehicle.
• Synchronization test: Verifying the synchronization between the key and the BDC/BCP module after programming.

Compatibility:

This test platform is compatible with BDC and BCP modules used in various BMW F- and G-series vehicles. It can be used in combination with diagnostic equipment and programming tools from, among others:
