JDiag M100 Pro Full Motorcycle Diagnostic Tool

Diagnostic functions:

The JDiag M100 Pro offers extensive multi-system diagnostic capabilities for the electronic components of modern motorcycles. In addition, the Diagnostic Tool also supports full OBD2/EOBD diagnosis, making it versatile.

• Read and clear fault codes: Reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the engine control unit (ECU) and other supported systems. Includes clear fault descriptions and fault code history.
• Live data stream: Displays real-time data from sensors and parameters such as engine speed, coolant temperature, throttle position and lambda value. Values can be shown both numerically and in graph form (waveform) for quick interpretation.
• ECU information: Provides access to specific control unit identification data, such as software version, part numbers and additional technical details.
• Freeze frame data: Captures a snapshot of engine data at the exact moment an emission-related fault code is stored.
• Full OBD2/EOBD functionality: Supports all standard OBD2 modes, making the device also usable for basic diagnosis of cars with gasoline or diesel engines.

Diagnostic Tool functions:

One of the most distinctive features of the JDiag M100 Pro is the integrated, professional Diagnostic Tool function. This allows both the condition of the battery and the operation of the starting and charging system to be fully analyzed – directly from the device, without additional accessories.

• Quick test & standard test: Performs a quick or in-depth check on the battery. Determining the State of Health (SOH) and State of Charge (SOC) provides immediate insight into the overall battery status.
• Cranking test: Analyzes the performance of the battery and starter motor during starting. Shows the minimum starting voltage and the required time, useful for starting problems or reduced battery capacity.
• Charging test: Checks the operation of the charging system, including alternator and voltage regulator. The test shows the charging voltage at both idle and increased engine speed, unloaded and loaded.
• Waveform analysis: Presents a real-time graphical display of battery voltage, making it easy to recognize voltage fluctuations and instability in the charging system.

Maintenance, service & test functions:

The JDiag M100 Pro offers a range of functions essential for periodic maintenance, fault analysis, and targeted testing of critical motorcycle components.

• CO idle speed adjustment: Provides the ability to adjust the CO value at idle speed, if this function is supported by the engine brand.
• Service interval reset: Resets the maintenance reminder on the dashboard after performing a service (brand dependent).
• Test actuators: Enables direct control of specific components to check their operation, including:
• ABS system diagnosis: Reads and clears fault codes from the anti-lock braking system (ABS) on motorcycles that support this.

Additional functions:

The JDiag M100 Pro features various additional functions that enhance ease of use and practical applicability in the workshop:

• Printable reports: Both diagnostic reports and battery test results can be saved and printed via a computer, ideal for customer communication or workshop documentation.

• Data storage: Test data can be stored on an SD card, allowing previous diagnostics and battery tests to be easily accessed or transferred.
