The Autel MaxiFlash JVCI adapter cable forms the physical data link between the hardware interface and the vehicle's diagnostic port. This main cable features a 26-pin DB26 connector on one end for coupling with the VCI module, and a standard 16-pin J1962 OBD2 plug on the other end. The cable is designed as a direct replacement or spare part for the original data cable supplied with specific Autel diagnostic equipment. Thanks to the robust jacket and integrated strain reliefs, the construction withstands constant mechanical stress in a workshop environment.

During the reading or programming process, this adapter cable physically transmits all required vehicle protocols such as CAN, K-line, and PWM to the connected interface. Since this cable is frequently used in J2534 pass-thru programming tasks, interference-free and uninterrupted signal transmission is essential. The DB26 connection is equipped with locking screws that securely fasten the connector to the VCI. This mechanism anchors the connection and prevents sudden loss of communication with the ECU during critical read and write operations.
