The Autool SPT101 is a spark plug tester for analyzing the performance of spark plugs in 12 V gasoline vehicles. The device operates with a 12 V / 1 A DC power supply, provided by the included 100-240 V AC adapter. The operating frequency is adjustable, allowing simulation of engine speeds from 500 to 6000 rpm.
This model features two test ports, enabling two spark plugs to be tested and compared simultaneously. This is useful for comparing a new spark plug with a used one. A transparent protective cover ensures safe observation of the spark during testing. The tester is used to assess the performance and ignition strength of spark plugs based on spark intensity.
