The AUTOOL AST605 is an electric brake fluid exchanger, designed for replacing and bleeding hydraulic brake and clutch systems. The device operates on a 220V power supply and has an adjustable working pressure from 0.6 to 3.0 bar, making it suitable for most European, American, and Asian vehicles. The exchanger is compatible with various brake fluids, including DOT3, DOT4, DOT5, and DOT5.1.
The AST605 is equipped with a Pressure Gauge for accurate reading and setting of the working pressure. A function provides automatic shutdown when the new brake fluid container is empty, preventing air from entering the system. Operation is via a simple panel with an on/off switch and a start button. The included adapters ensure wide applicability for various car brands, including Tesla, Toyota, and various European models.
Application and functionality:
The AUTOOL AST605 is used for pressure replacement and bleeding of brake fluid in hydraulic brake and clutch systems. The device allows the procedure to be performed by one person.
- Pressure control: The working pressure is adjustable via a rotary knob between 0.6 and 3.0 bar and is displayed on the integrated Pressure Gauge.
- Automatic stop: The system automatically shuts off when the supply of new brake fluid stops, preventing air from entering the brake system.
- Wide compatibility: The set comes with adapters suitable for the brake fluid reservoirs of a large number of vehicle brands.
- Efficient fluid management: The system draws new fluid directly from a fresh bottle and collects the old fluid in a separate collection bottle.
