Serial number information
For license activation, the correct serial number of your device is required. This number usually consists of 12 characters. Make sure to enter this number correctly in the comments field of your order to avoid delays.
You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Back of the device: The serial number is often printed on a sticker on the casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in your device’s menu to 'Settings' or 'About' to view the system information.
- Original packaging box: The number is also printed on the original box of the product.
