The Autel MaxiIM IM608 II update licence extends your entitlement to software updates for the IM608 II for one year. What the IM608 II can do is determined by the software, not the hardware. The device is the flagship among key programmers, with J2534 programming built in. Beyond key learning, all keys lost and EEPROM and MCU operations, the device also performs high-voltage diagnostics and adaptive cruise control calibration, so the licence covers multiple file sets simultaneously. A renewal gives you a year's access to all new versions released during that period.

The licence is tied to the serial number of your IM608 II, not to an account or code; we establish that link for you, typically within one working day. With a renewal, the key files, the vehicle coverage and the programming files expand accordingly, and cloud reporting and remote assistance remain available. When the term expires, nothing changes on the device itself, but new software will no longer be added.
